Terms and Conditions of Use of ff33 Platform

By accessing, browsing, or using the ff33, available at ff33.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms form a binding agreement between you, the user, and ff33. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the platform.

The ff33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When that happens, the "last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised, and for significant changes, you will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes your automatic acceptance of those changes.

To create an account on ff33, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process;
• Not have been previously banned or had an account closed by ff33 for violating these Terms;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under applicable local law.

Each user may only maintain a single account on ff33, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, forfeiture of available balances, and a possible permanent ban. ff33 uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts.

• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Never share your password with anyone — including family members;
• Do not access your account from public computers or open Wi-Fi networks;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available on ff33.

The ff33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted — all operations are conducted in BRL (R$).

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. To make a withdrawal, bonus funds must first be converted into real balance by meeting the rollover requirements of the relevant promotion. Your real balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in your ff33 account.

The ff33 periodically offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed before acceptance. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per user, per CPF, per residential address, and per device;
• The welcome bonus requires a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 to be activated and carries a 5x rollover requirement on bets with a minimum odds of 1.50;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms — if the deadline passes without the requirement being met, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically removed, with no impact on your real balance;

• Ff33 may cancel or modify promotions at any time, with at least 24 hours' prior notice posted on the platform;
• If bonus abuse is suspected — such as creating multiple accounts, using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions, or intentionally placing opposing bets to clear rollover with minimal risk — ff33 may withhold the bonus balance and any winnings generated by it.

Sports Betting on the ff33 cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sulamericana, and major international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, tennis, and e-sports, among others. The general rules governing all Sports Betting are:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and active for that specific market;
• If a game is canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, all single bets related to that event are canceled and the amount is returned to your balance. For accumulator bets, the affected match is removed from the slip and the calculation is recalculated using the remaining selections;
• Obvious pricing errors — odds clearly outside market average due to a technical fault — may be voided by ff33, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• Ff33 may limit the maximum bet amount on specific markets or for users whose betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of odds errors;
• For live betting, acceptance of a bet may be delayed by a few seconds while odds are being updated. If the odds change between submission and confirmation, the system will display the new odds for your approval before confirming the ticket;
• Bet outcomes are determined by the official score at the end of regular time, including stoppage time, unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as "including extra time").

The casino games available on ff33 — including slots, live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), crash games (Aviator, JetX), poker, and video poker — are provided by certified independent providers, with results generated by externally audited Random Number Generators (RNG).

You may request voluntary closure of your account at the ff33 at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon requesting closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix or TED to the account registered under your CPF, following identity verification. The ff33 may close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

• Loss limit — sets a maximum loss amount per period;

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (game providers, payment networks), or events beyond our control;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from a security failure on the user's side (compromised password, unprotected device, etc.);
• Decisions made by the user based on information from third parties, such as betting analysis websites, online communities, or tipsters.

The total liability of ff33 toward any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the liability claim.

The ff33 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor changes — such as text corrections, language clarifications, or updates to value limits — will be published without prior notice, though the update date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
